EDUCATION:

In July 2001 he completed the secondary school with a score of 100/100.

In November 2001 he started his studies at the University of Parma at the faculty of Medicine.

From September  2004 until July 2005 he studied at the University Complutense  Madrid, Hospital Gregorio Maranon ( Erasmus Project)

In 2008 he graduated in Medicine at the University of the Studies of Parma, with a score of 110/110 e lode, discussing a degree thesis about “Salvage surgery for nodal metastasis in head and neck cancer”.  

On the 17th of July 2014 he obtained a specialization in Maxillo-.Facial Surgery at the Maxillo-Facial Surgery Division, Head and Neck Department, University and Hospital of Parma, directed by Prof. E. Sesenna with a score of 50/50 e lode discussing a thesis on “The versatility of the Angualr Scapular free flap in Head and neck reconstruction”.

During 2015 was fellow at the “Institut Universitaire de la Face e do Cu” in Nice (France) directed by Prof. Santini and assisted Prof Kestemont in his private practice .

From 2016 to February 2019 was Resident at the Ivo Pitanguy Insitute in Rio de Janeiro (Brasil).

In February 2019 he obtained the specialization in Plastic and Reconstructive surgery at the prestigious Ivo Pitanguy Institute of Rio de Janeiro with a score of 10/10 discussing a thesis about the cephalometric analysis of the patients submitted to face lift.


EMPLOYMENT HISTORY:

In July 2009 he started the residency in Maxillofacial-Facial Surgery Division, Head and Neck Department, University and Hospital of  Parma.

From January to March 2011 he worked for the Italian Ministry of Health, Embassy of Lima (Perù ) developing the national program of Specialization in Comunitary Health.

In the same period he worked at the Hospital Loayza of Lima, Department of Plastic and Reconstructive surgery, chief Prof Walter Navarro.
 
From december 2012 to april 2013 he worked in The department of Head and Neck Surgery, Cancer Institute of the University Hospital of San Paolo (Brasil) Clinic University Hospital , University of San Paolo (USP) directed by Professor Brandao Lenine and Professor Claudio Cernea.

In March 2013 worked In The Department of Plastic and Reconstructive  Surgery of The University of San Paolo, Directed by Prof  Ferreira .

During this period he performed several operation of head and neck oncology and reconstruction with local and microvascular free flaps.

He also frequented  as observer a plastic and aesthetic clinic directed by Prof Nishimura learning modern techniques in facial lifting and rhinoplasty.
He obtained a certificate of microvascular surgery performing several anastomosis on rats and rabbits.

He is a member of Sol Y Luna Onlus, attending several operations of reconstructive surgery in Colombia  and Peru several times a year since 2013.

He also obtained a certificate in cosmetic medicine and injection techniques of resorbable filler, lipofilling and botulin toxin.

Since March 2016 to February 2019 was Resident in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the worldwide recognized Ivo Pitanguy Institute in Rio de Janeiro.

He performed more than 150 aesthetic procedures during the Brazilian residency program  including body contouring, face lift , rhinoplasty, breast surgery, abdominoplasty, high definition liposculpture , orbito-palpebral surgery,  hair transplant ear deformity among the others.
